EuroVolley Women 2019 is back! Where we left off?

Luxembourg, January 3, 2019. We have some intense days of Volleyball in front of us as the last two legs of #EuroVolleyW qualifiers will be played on January 5, 6 and 9. These matches will cross the t’s and dot the i’s after the qualifier legs 1-4 already put some clarity into which nations are likely to compete among Europe’s best at the EuroVolley Women 2019 that will be co-hosted by Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Turkey. And good news for all – the qualifiers will be streamed on EuroVolley.TV with the free trial period extended until January 10, 2019.

Riga, Latvia, December 26, 2018. The Latvian Volleyball Federation awarded for the very first time the best Volleyball and Beach Volleyball players, coaches and referees of the year at a ceremony held in Riga during the national cup finals held on Sunday.

Four Brazilians in Moscow – Was that the sequel of Jamaica s Cool Runnings?

Moscow, Russia, December 26, 2018. The CEV Snow Volleyball European Tour 2019 stop in Moscow broke new ground in many ways. It was the very first tournament with three players standing on each side of the net, and the first Snow Volleyball event of this magnitude organised in a major city. To confirm the pioneering role played by the CEV in the development of this sport on the global stage, the tournament featured, among others, 2008 Olympic champion Lloy Ball from USA as well as a Brazilian team – with both finishing the competition in ninth place.

National cup winners crowned in Latvia

Riga, Latvia, December 24, 2018. SC Marupe and SK Jekabpils Lusi were the winners of the Latvian national cup finals held in Riga on Sunday, December 23. SC Marupe claimed their first-ever women’s title while SK Jekabpils celebrated their third straight victory in the men’s competition.
